OPINION AND ORDER re: 37 MOTION to Dismiss Defendants' Amended Counterclaims filed by Riker Danzig Scherer Hyland & Perretti LLP. For the reasons set forth above, Premier's counterclaims alleging misrepresentation, violati on of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 93A, unjust enrichment, and legal malpractice are dismissed. Premier's counterclaim alleging breach of contract remains. The Court will hold a status conference on October 14, 2016, at 10:15 a.m. The parti es (and/or counsel should appear in person in Courtroom 1306 of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, NY, on the date and time specified above.
