OPINION & ORDER re: 16 MOTION to Confirm Arbitration Award Against Installations of America, Inc. and Vandewater Holding Company, Inc. filed by The New York City District Council of Carpenters, Trustees Of The New York City Carp enters Relief and Charity Fund, The New York City and Vicinity Carpenters Labor-Management Corporation, Trustees Of The New York City District Council Of Carpenters Pension Fund, Welfare Fund, Annuity Fund, and Apprenticeship, Journeyman Retrain ing, Educational and Industry Fund. For the reasons stated above, the Court confirms the Award in favor of the Union and issues judgment against Installations I/Vandewater in the amount of $39,279.16, plus $5,265 in attorneys' fees, and plus pre- and post-judgment interest. An order will follow as to the remaining defendants, Installations of America II, Inc. and International Millwork & Fixturing, Inc. (As further set forth in this Opinion & Order.)
