OPINION. For the reasons stated above, substantial evidence does not support the ALJ's determination that the Plaintiff is not disabled. Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted and the Government's cross-motion is d enied. The case is remanded to the Commissioner of Social Security for proceedings consistent with this opinion.
