OPINION AND ORDER re: 18 REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION, 16 CROSS MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Commissioner of Social Security, 14 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Jane McHale. The Cour t has carefully reviewed Judge Fox's thorough and well-reasoned Report and finds no error, clear or otherwise. Accordingly, the Court adopts the Report in its entirety. Plaintiff's motion for judgment on the pleadings is DENIED and the C ommissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings is GRANTED.
