MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 14 MOTION to Dismiss filed by Superego Management LLC, Mindy Yang. Defendants move to dismiss Plaintiff's causes of action for replevin, conversion, and trespass on the ground that Plaintiff c annot have a property right in domain names or social media accounts. Defendants also move to dismiss Plaintiff's breach of fiduciary duty cause of action for failing to state a claim. (As further set forth in this Order.) For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion to dismiss is GRANTED as to count seven and DENIED as to counts one, two, and eight. (Signed by Judge Kimba M. Wood on 1/18/2017) (cf)
