OPINION AND ORDER re: 14 AMENDED MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Carolyn W. Colvin, 11 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Theresa S. Brown, 13 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Carolyn W. Colvin. The Court finds that the ALJ's opinion is not supported by substantial evidence, and the case is remanded to the Commissioner pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for further hearings consistent with this Opinion. The Commissioner's motion for judgment on the pleadings is therefore denied and Brown's motion for judgment on the pleadings is granted to the extent that it requests a remand for rehearing.
