MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER adopting 28 Report and Recommendations re: 24 Motion for Attorney Fees: Plaintiff's counsel's motion for attorneys' fees, (ECF No. 24), in the amount of $22,505 is GRANTED. Upon receipt of this sum, counsel is directed to refund directly to Plaintiff $6,150, representing fees previously awarded under the EAJA.
