MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting 41 Motion to Stay ; denying as moot 53 Letter Motion for Oral Argument. For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motion to stay is GRANTED. Defendants shall submit a letter every ninety days from the date of th is Order advising the Court of the status of the proceedings before the Federal Circuit and of Defendants' position on whether the stay should continue. Defendants are further directed to advise the Court within three business days of the iss uance of the Federal Circuit's decision. Defendants' motion for oral argument on their motion to stay is DENIED as moot. The initial pretrial conference currently scheduled for October 28, 2016 is adjourned sine die. This resolves Dkt.
