MEMORANDUM & ORDER on Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence (28 U.S.C. 2255): For the foregoing reasons, Wright's habeas petition is denied. Because Wright has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a c ertificate of applicability will not be issued. See 28 U.S.C. Section 2253(c). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate all pending motions and mark this case as closed. A copy of this Memorandum & Order is being mailed by Chambers staff to Wright.
