OPINION AND ORDER re: 28 MOTION to Dismiss Plaintiff's First Amended Complaint. filed by Special Counsel, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, the Court dismisses the second, third, fourth, fifth, ninth, tenth, eleventh, twelfth, t hirteenth, and fourteenth causes of action.
