OPINION AND ORDER re: 24 MOTION to Dismiss . filed by The Patrolmen's Benevolent Association of the City of New York. The Court has considered all of the arguments raised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed , the arguments are either moot or without merit. The defendant's motion to dismiss is granted. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment dismissing the amended complaint with prejudice, except the state law claims and any claims under Title VII are dismissed without prejudice.
