OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, Mrs. Levy's Petition is denied. Because Mrs. Levy has not "made substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right," a certificate of appealability will not issue. See 28 U.S.C § 2253(c)(2). The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at docket number 468 in Case No. 11 Cr. 62, and to close Case No. 16 Civ. 5336. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
