OPINION AND ORDER re: 24 MOTION to Dismiss, filed by New York City Human Resources Administration. For the reasons stated above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT Defendant's motion to dismiss is GRANTED. Plaintiff's Title VII claims are dismissed with prejudice, and her NYSHRL and NYCHRL claims are dismissed without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion pending at docket number 24, enter judgment in favor of Defendant, mail a copy of this Order to Plaintiff, and close this case, and as further set forth herein.
