OPINION AND ORDER re: 16 CROSS MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security, 14 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Latasha Monique Franklin. This is an action chal lenging the Commissioner of Social Security's ("Commissioner") final decision that Plaintiff Latasha Monique Franklin ("Plaintiff") is not entitled to disability insurance benefits ("DIB") and Supplemental Secur ity Income ("SSI") under Title II of the Social Security Act. Currently pending are Plaintiffs and Commissioner's cross motions for judgment on the pleadings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(c); as further set forth herein. The ALJ complied with the applicable legal standards and reached a decision that was supported by substantial evidence.
