OPINION & ORDER re: 10 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings filed by Commissioner of Social Security. For the reasons articulated in this opinion, the Court rules in favor of the Commissioner and dismisses Calero's appeal with prejudice. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close this case. The Court also directs the Clerk to mail a copy of this decision to the plaintiff at the address on file. SO ORDERED.
