MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 21 MOTION to Dismiss Mayaguez's First Amended Complaint. filed by Citigroup Inc., Citibank, N.A. For the reasons stated above, Defendants' motion to dismiss is granted as to the Amended Com plaint's Eleventh Cause of Action, for unconscionability, but is otherwise denied. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion (Dkt. No. 21). It is further ORDERED that there shall be a conference in this matter on April 12, 2018 at 11:15 a.m. in Courtroom 705 of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, New York, New York.
