ORDER for 22 Report and Recommendation. For the reasons stated above, the Court adopts Magistrate Judge Parker's Report and Recommendation as the opinion of the Court. The petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied. Because the Petitione r has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. 28 U.S.C. § 2253(c)(2); Love v. McCray, 413 F.3d 192, 195 (2d Cir. 2005). The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C.  67; 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith. Chambers will mail a copy of this order to the pro se Petitioner and note its mailing on the public docket. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Alison J.
