OPINION & ORDER re: 47 MOTION for Settlement Judgment. filed by Bluelink Marketing LLC, Gerald Owens, 43 MOTION to enforce settlement agreement . filed by Declan Carney, Tagcade LLC. For the reasons set forth abo ve, Defendants' motion (Dkt. No. 43) is granted, and Plaintiffs' cross-motion (Dkt. No. 47) is denied. Defendants' request for attorneys' fees is denied without prejudice. Defendants' counsel is to submit their fees motion w ith contemporaneous billing records by September 25, 2017. On the same date, Defendants shall also submit a proposed settlement judgment detailing the terms set forth at the March conference. Plaintiffs shall have until October 5, 2017 to file any opposition to the request for attorneys' fees and to submit a counter judgment, if any. Responses due by 10/5/2017 .
