OPINION & ORDER re: 1 NOTICE OF APPEAL FROM THE BANKRUPTCY COURT TO THE S.D.N.Y. For the foregoing reasons, the Court reverses the Bankruptcy Court's decision allocating the $20 million fee equally among Bevan, Bogdan, Carter and Madeksho, and remands this case to the Bankruptcy Court for proceedings consistent with this decision.
