OPINION AND ORDER. For all of the foregoing reasons, Axelrod's request for attorney's fees is GRANTED. Axelrod is awarded attorney's fees as follows: $7,462.50 for Telesca's fees ($375 per hour multiplied by 19.9 hours) and $378.00 for Kupferberg's fees ($210 per hour multiplied by 1.8 hours), for a total of $7,840.50.
