OPINION & ORDER re: 120 MOTION to Amend/Correct Complaint filed by Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, As Receiver For First NBC Bank, 132 LETTER MOTION for Leave to File Sur-Reply addressed to Judge Paul A. E ngelmayer from Robert N. LeMay dated 09/21/2018. filed by Murex LLC. For the foregoing reasons, and because this is the plaintiffs third attempt to amend its complaint, FDIC's motion for leave to amend is denied with prejudice. The Court a lso declines the FDIC's invitation to reconsider its earlier decision dismissing the FDIC's LUTPA claim. Additionally, the Court denies as moot Murex's request to file a sur-reply to the FDIC's reply brief in support of its motion.
