OPINION AND ORDER. For the foregoing reasons, the Court (1) dismisses Gaughan's Complaint with prejudice as against Rubenstein, and (2) grants in part, and denies in part, Gaughan's motion to amend the Complaint to add claims against Radwan . The Court directs the Clerk to terminate the motions pending at docket numbers 11, 13, 20, and 33, and to mail a copy of this decision to plaintiff at the address on file.
