OPINION AND ORDER re: 89 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction and Stay. filed by Healeon Medical, Inc., Eclipse Aesthetics LLC. For all of the foregoing reasons, the Court denies without prejudice Eclipse and Healeon's motion to enjoin the Customer Suit and any future suits against their customers. The parties are directed to meet and confer regarding RegenLab's current and future press releases discussing this action or the Customer Suit. Finally, the Court denies w ithout prejudice Eclipse and Healeon's motion to sever themselves from this action and stay it against them.
