OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint as against Municipal Defendants. filed by City Of New York, Jeremy Harper, The New York City Administration for Children Services. The Court has considered all of the argume nts raised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed, the arguments are either moot or without merit. For the foregoing reasons, the municipal defendants' motion to dismiss Golian's federal claims is granted. The Clerk is dir ected to enter judgment dismissing with prejudice Golian's federal claims (Counts 1 and 2) and dismissing without prejudice all of Golian's state law claims (Counts 3 through 7).
