OPINION AND ORDER re: 19 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed by Cathy Rousey, 23 CROSS MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings, filed by Carolyn Colvin. For all the foregoing reasons, plaintiff's motion for judgment on the p leadings (D.I. 19) is granted to the extent of ordering that this matter be remanded for further proceedings pursuant to sentence four of 42 U.S.C. § 405(g).
