OPINION & ORDER re: (590 in 1:16-md-02704-PAE) MOTION to Amend/Correct Plaintiffs' Motion for Leave to File a Fourth Amended Complaint filed by Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association, Public School Teachers' ; Pension and Retirement Fund of Chicago. For the reasons stated above, the Court denies plaintiffs' motion for leave to amend to add allegations regarding 2008-2012 but grants the motion for leave to amend to add allegations regarding 2013-2016 as described above.
