OPINION & ORDER re: 44 MOTION to Dismiss on pleading filed by J Akira LLC, Michael P Bronstein. At this stage in the proceedings, Plaintiffs have sufficiently alleged facts that allows the court to draw reasonable inferences that Defendant Bronstein is liable for the FLSA and NYLL violations alleged in the Complaint.
