OPINION & ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Court denies the motion to dismiss Estevez's discrimination claims. The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close the motions pending at dockets 15 and 21. The parties are directed, by Wed nesday, November 29, 2017, to submit a joint case-management plan, consistent with this Court's Individual Rules, that contemplates the close of fact discovery within four months, and as further set forth in this order.
