OPINION & ORDER: For the reasons stated above, the Court vacates the Bankruptcy Court's order finding Blair in contempt for failure to make direct payment of $56,636.50 to Famous. The Court remands this matter to the Bankruptcy Court for further proceedings consistent with this decision.
