OPINION & ORDER re: DECLARATION of Jeremy E. Deutsch in Support re: 61 LETTER MOTION. For the foregoing reasons, the Court awards COR reasonable attorneys' fees in the total amount of $367,283.78, i.e., 5% less than the amount COR req uested. The Court also awards COR an award of costs in the amount of $13,710.43, the amount that COR sought. The total award of fees and costs is therefore $380,994.21. The Court respectfully directs the Clerk of Court to enter a judgment consistent with these calculations and to close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
