OPINION AND ORDER: re: 19 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by City School District of the City of New York, 14 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by E.E. For the reasons stated above, the Parent's cha llenges fail and the Court defers to the SRO's conclusion that the DOE offered the Student a FAPE for the 2015-2016 academic year. The DO E's motion for summary judgment is thus granted, and the Parent's motion is denied. The Clerk o f Court is respectfully requested to enter judgment in favor of Defendant, terminate the motions pending at docket entries fourteen and nineteen, and close the case. So Ordered.
