OPINION AND ORDER: Lanin Law P.C. had a judgment lien and did not participate in the Chapter 11 proceeding. Therefore, the judgment lien survived the plan and is entitled to payment. This renders all other issues raised (properly or not) on appeal moot. For the foregoing reasons, the Bankruptcy Court's Order is AFFIRMED. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Andrew L.
