OPINION AND ORDER: Based on the findings of fact and conclusion of law set forth above, Plaintiffs have met their burden of proof with regard to their claim for a permanent injunction against Cleopatra and for reasonable attorneys' fees and cost s as to Defendants. Accordingly, judgment will be entered in favor of Plaintiffs, and Defendants' outstanding motions for summary judgment and judgment as a matter of law are dismissed as moot. The parties are directed to jointly submit a propos ed redacted version of this Opinion and Order consistent with the Protective Order entered in this case, (Dkt. No. 9), to be filed publically or to notify the Court that none are necessary within one week of receipt of this Opinion and Order., and as further set forth in this order. (Signed by Judge Robert W.
