OPINION AND ORDER re: 233 MOTION for Partial Summary Judgment of No Invalidity. filed by Mirror Worlds Technologies, LLC, 239 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Facebook Inc.. The Court has considered all of th e arguments raised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed above, the arguments are either moot or without merit. For the reasons explained above, Facebook's motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part. The Court concludes that the asserted claims are patent-eligible under § 101, and that there was no infringement in this case as a matter of law. The evidence establishes that no reasonable juror could find that Facebook infringed the patents at is sue. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment dismissing this case. The Clerk is also directed to close all pending motions and to close this case. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge John G.
