MEMORANDUM DECISION AND ORDER adopting 21 Report and Recommendations for 17 Motion for Attorney Fees: Magistrate Judge Cott conducted a thorough and careful inquest on attorney's fees. (Report at 3-6.) This Court has reviewed the Report, and finds no error, clear or otherwise. Accordingly, this Court adopts Magistrate Judge Cott's recommendation to award attorney's fees of $6,373 for the reasons stated in the Report.
