OPINION & ORDER re: 12 MOTION for Default Judgment as to filed by Trustees for The Mason Tenders District Council Welfare Fund, Pension Fund, Annuity Fund and Training Program Fund. For the reasons stated above, the Court confirm s the Award in favor of petitioners and issues judgment in the amount of $47,820.85 plus post-judgment interest pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961(a).
