MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER re: 23 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings or, in the alternative, for summary judgment. filed by Christine Scaccia, City Of New York, Hilary Chernin, Brian Hennessey. For the reasons stated above, D efendants' motion (Dkt. No. 23) is granted in its entirety. Plaintiff's false arrest claims are dismissed on consent, and Defendants are granted summary judgment on Plaintiff's remaining claims.
