MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION for Reconsideration re; 19 Order on Motion for Miscellaneous Relief filed by Emile Heriveaux: The Court denies Plaintiff's motion for reconsideration. This resolves Docket Number 20. The Co urt will decide the pending motion to dismiss, see Dkt. Nos. 12 & 17, in due course. This Order will be mailed by Chambers to the pro se Plaintiff. The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal from this order will not be taken in good faith, and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
