OPINION & ORDER re: 1 MOTION Order to Conduct Discovery filed by Purolite AG, Purolite Corporation, Purolite K.K. For the reasons stated above, the Court grants Purolite AG's application to pursue § 1782 discovery from HAL, but denies the application for approval of the two proposed subpoenas in their present form, without prejudice to Purolite AG's right to propose narrowed subpoenas.
