OPINION AND ORDER re: 1 MOTION to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence (28 U.S.C. 2255). For the reasons provided above, the Court denies Sanchez's habeas petition under § 2255. The Clerk of Court shall withdraw any pending motions an d close this case. Because Sanchez has not made a substantial showing of the denial of a constitutional right, a certificate of appealability will not issue. See 28 U.S.C. § 2253. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
