OPINION & ORDER re: 24 MOTION for Preliminary Injunction. The foregoing constitutes this Court's Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law pursuant to Rules 52(a) and 65 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. The Court has considered all o f the arguments of the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed above, any remaining arguments are either moot or without merit. For the reasons explained above, Mercer's motion for a preliminary injunction is granted in part and denied in part. The Court will issue the preliminary injunction as a separate Order. SO ORDERED.
