MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER re: 10 MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Wanda Lugo, 16 CROSS MOTION for Judgment on the Pleadings . filed by Nancy A. Berryhill. The Court has considered all of the arguments r aised by the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed, the arguments are either moot or without merit. For the reasons explained above, the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation is adopted in its entirety, the plaintiff's m otion for judgment on the pleadings is granted, and the Commissioner's motion is denied. The case is remanded to the Commissioner for proceedings consistent with this Order. The Clerk is directed to enter Judgment accordingly. The Clerk is also directed to close all pending motions and to close the case. (As further set forth in this Order.) (Signed by Judge John G.
