BENCH TRIAL VERDICT. The court, for its findings of fact, conclusions of law and verdict on trade dress issues as further set forth in this Order. In light of the above findings of fact and conclusions of law, I conclude that GeigTech has not prov ed its trade dress claims under either the Lanham Act or the common law by a preponderance of the evidence, and I issue a defendant's verdict in favor of Lutron dismissing GeigTech's trade dress claims.
