OPINION AND ORDER: Because Hamilton's application for vacatur was untimely and the arbitration panel did not manifestly disregard the law, exceed its authority, or act impartially, corruptly, or with misconduct, the Court DENIES Hamilton' ;s Petition to Vacate the Arbitration Award and Motion to Vacate Arbitration Award and GRANTS Navient's Petition to Confirm the Arbitration Award. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motions at Dkts. 16 and 20, enter judgment in favor of Respondent, and close the case. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
