ORDER: Accordingly, it is hereby ORDERED that the plaintiff's motion to strike the defendants' filing under Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(f) is denied. That same day, the plaintiff moved to strike the defendants’ filing under Fed. R. Civ. P. 37(b) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(f) and for sanctions under Fed. R. Civ. P. 11. On December 14, the defendants opposed the plaintiff’s request. The plaintiff’s motion to strike is denied. Rules on which Bayoh relies are at issue here.
