Surcusal Colombia filed a motion to dismiss Plaintiff 's First Amended Complaint. See Dkts. 42-44. Plaintiff filed an opposition on February 14, 2020. See Dkt. 51. Defendants' reply brief was due on March 10, 2020. See Dkts. 60-61. To date, however, Defendants have not filed their reply. No later than July 13, 2020, Defendants shall file their reply brief, or a letter indicating that they do not intend to file any reply. SO ORDERED.
