R. Civ. P. 41(b) (Dkt. 58); and WHEREAS as of the date of this Order, Plaintiff has failed to respond to the Court’s Order to Show Cause; IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice for failure to prosecute under Fed.
