Dear Judge Cave:
Pursuant to Rule I.D of Your Honor’s Individual Practices, I write on behalf of
plaintiff Hughes Communications India Private Limited to request an adjournment of the
discovery conference scheduled for September 27 at 2 p.m., ECF No. 125. Lead counsel for
Hughes India is not available on September 27 due to another professional commitment.
Defendant The DirecTV Group, Inc. consents to the request for an adjournment.
The parties have conferred regarding alternative dates, and have confirmed that all
counsel are available on October 4, 2024. The parties are also available after 2 p.m. on October 3,
2024 or between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. on October 7, 2024. If the Court is not available on these
