ORDER denying #114 MOTION to Strike Document No. #111 Plaintiffs' Motion to Conditionally Certify Action as a Collective Action Pursuant to Section 216(b) of the FLSA and to Facilitate Notice. Defendant's Motion to Strike Plaintiffs' Motion for Conditional Certification, Dkt. No. 114, is denied. Defendant was not prejudiced by the short delay and Plaintiffs' counsel has provided extenuating circumstances for its failure to file on December 26, 2020.
