Pursuant to Local Civil Rule 6.1(b), Plaintiff's opposition to the Defendants' motion was due by March 25, 2021. To date, Plaintiff has not opposed. If Plaintiff does not file an opposition by May 10, 2021, the motion to dismiss may be considered unopposed.
